How much does it cost?

The diagnostic is free. The cost of the build depends on the process and the integrations needed, so we only send a proposal once we understand the work.

How long until it is working?

A specific job is usually in use within weeks. Delays almost always come from access to the tools and from deciding who approves what.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

No. We work with the tools you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Drive or OneDrive, Excel, your CRM. We connect with your permission.

We already use AI. What changes?

Almost all our clients already did. The difference is where the AI lives. In a chat window per person, it does not know the business and leaves no trace. We put it inside the work, shared by the team, connected to the tools they already use and with a record of who approved what.

Is there public funding for this?

Yes. The PRR "AI in SMEs" line closed in November 2025, but the Portugal 2030 SI Qualificação PME programme is open, covering 40% to 70%, and there are IAPMEI vouchers. We do not promise approvals: we prepare the technical dossier and the execution record, and the application goes through your accountant.
